I am currently a student at the Technical college in Nashua. A few
like minded
individuals are interested in start a student Linux user group.

We have a list of items that need to be obtained/done in order to
become an official organization
and then be able to use school resources. Please chime in if you can
assist with any of these items

here is our list of tasks:

* find a faculty advisior
* set up bylaws
* set up a budget
* make a presentation to the student senate
* Elect Officers of the club
* Attract new members

the following are optional items

* web space (the school will not provide space on the nt4.0 iis severs)
* mailing list (this might be helpful in getting the word around)

Once this done we just represent each year and are ready to go
Interested community members (hint) can also participate

our mission would be to promote Linux use among the students and in
the community.
we would provide events at which community members can get assistance
in setting up
and using Linux.( blah blah this needs allot of work)

again anything this list can help out with would be great
