Up for swap, VA 1220 or MB+CPUs alone

Hey everyone,
	A friend of mine was able to pick up a VA Linux 1220 relatively cheaply
from a friend.  She wants a nice desktop box and asked me what she
thought she could do.  The 1U 1220 isn't really a good desktop box, but
the hardware's good.  I was hoping someone out there would be interested
in either swapping a fairly decent desktop box 1 for 1 for this VA or
simply swapping MB & CPU (and maybe RAM) combos.  So, here's the details
on the box:
