My contact tells me that the guy to talk with is Jesse Devitte
   "This guy appears to clearly be the key contact right now
for any IT related initiative under Benson." He has his own web site at

There apparently was an article in the Union Leader? that lists Benson's 
key IT staff, and my friend is sending me a copy.  If I glean any worthy 
info from the article, I'll post it to the list.

Please do, I would love to get NH into the leadership role of Government 
that uses Open Source.  My motto is "Live Free or Buy".
