  That's easy.  The hard part is getting the rest of the world to use that
port.

  (Well, there are SRV records, but almost nothing uses them.)

  The best thing to do would probably be to just find a third-party,
off-site mail server to host mail for you.

  Another possibility would be to have a host outside the cable ISP's
network do port forwarding on port 25 to your IP address.  But that's a
kludge at best.
