I use zoneedit to host my records (http://www.zoneedit.com). They have
port redirection as a freebie option - their service is free for the
first 5 domains as well. They redirect to an IP of theirs which then
must do some kind of NAT to get to you. It worked great when M1 blocked
port 80 though.
