non-netsol registrars with non-web interface

right, that's it, then.  i'm transferring all of my domains
elsewhere (as soon as i find the right one).

modifying my previous question: anyone know of registrars that
do things according to handles rather than spelt-out names?
i want to a) keep my handle(s) and b) be able to use them
as a shortcut.  too many times there's been a problem when
each instantiation of the same information has to be completely
spelt out..
