Linux NFS server

Does anyone on this list have current experience using 
a linux based NFS server for clients numbering in the
hundreds? We have mostly Solaris clients along with a
goodly number of PCs running mostly Windows (using 
SAMBA).

Specifically what we're looking at now is an NFS server
from pogolinux (http://www.pogolinux.com), the storageware
3800.
