My personal opinion of Webmin (and take it fwiw, i.e. probably not much :)
is that it's geared towards those who are not experienced sysadmins, 
but need to be able to do simple tasks like user/host creation/deletion.

It seems more a tool for experienced sysadmins to offload the trivial/
tedious tasks to lesser experienced sysadmins/help desk types.

I would never allow control of something like raw disk space 
management to something like webmin, that's just asking for trouble!
