Procmail once again saves the day :)
I've been using spamassasin for a few months now. Overall, the
number of false positives has been very low. However, to be safe, I
use procmail to filter all "spam" into a SPAM folder, which I check
every now and then to delete what is truly spam, and read what is not.
Of course, the perusal of the folder could be done more frequently if
needed :)
