text to PDF and HTML (Re: LyX, LaTeX, PS, PDF)

Hi Gang

Recent posts on Latex are interesting, but I came into the middle of the
dialog
Refresh for me, please ...

I need to post an ASCII text file (or W*rd file) to a Web Site (HTML)
and make it printable or downloadable in PDF or PS
so, I should use what Linux utilities (previously mentioned ?) ?
