You would probably need 42,000 employees to make it cost effective
considering the backend Oracle database alone is $18,000 per processor 
($15K & support).

And since Oracle doesn't differentiate between production server and hot 
backup servers when it comes to licensing, you can double that cost to
$36,000 just for the database for a 1 cpu system.

I'm sure the email software has a cost as well.

If your going to spend that much, you might as well just buy the real
Microsoft product rather than a look-alike.
