  Surgeon General's Warning: Use of the "--nodeps" or "--force" switch can
lead to a totally broken system.  If you feel confident that you know better
than the computer, go right ahead, but don't blame RPM when your system
explodes six months later.  :-)

  (I always liked Sendmail's approach to this problem.  The name of the
option for similarly dangerous things in Sendmail's configuration file is
"DontBlameSendmail".)
