Linux KVM help

My Belkin "Omni Cube" PS/2 KVM loses the keyboard fairly frequently, but
not the mouse.  I've found switching it again, slower, will always
(eventually) bring it back.  Unplugging the keyboard and plugging it
back in fixes it too.  It would be nice if I didn't have to do this.

By the way, although I now see USB KVM's out there, I don't know that I
see any DVI ones (at least from Belkin).  Anyone have a recommendation
for a USB-in/out, DVI KVM?  Is there such a thing?
