quarterly vs. chapter meetings

As you have seen (or will shortly see), there is no MerriLUG meeting
this month.  Traditionally we do not have this meeting in a month where
there is also a quarterly GNHLUG meeting.  I'm inclined to change this
tradition though.  In fact we tried this month, but were unable to get
the room.

So, what are people's opinions on this?  Would you rather have only the
quarterly meeting in July, or both the quarterly and the chapter
meeting?
