Here's what you do. You make your key on your server and post it into a web
form (ssl encrypted of course) then you fill out a form with your name,
phone number, all that good stuff. Then you get an automated phone call and
you tell them that you're you and they take a quick recording of you saying
your name, then they email you your site cert.

It's no huge paper trail like verisign but it's quick, easy, and it works,
and that's all I really care about since it's just my little site for
testing.
