screen?

Hi all,
Anyone here a heavy user of screen? I've recently begun using this
wonderful program, and am hoping to get a little insight in
configuring it.
I've read through the man page a little, and browsed the web site,
but can't seem to find a solution to my problem, which is, I use bash
with Emacs key bindings and am forever hitting C-a C-d C-d, which, in
'screen' land says "quit screen and log me out". It's getting a
little annoying having to re-open an xterm every time I just want to
move to the beginning of the line and delete a few characters.
Does anyone know how to re-map the C-a sequence in screen? I'd like
it to be C-q or C-w or something else which I don't normally use.
Any ideas?
Thanks,

It may look like I'm just sitting here doing nothing,
but I'm really actively waiting for all my problems to go away.
If you're not having fun, you're not doing it right!
