The Greater New Hampshire Linux User Group, Merrimack Valley Chapter
(MerriLUG), will hold its next monthly meeting on Wednesday August 27th,
2003 at 7:30 PM in the second floor banquet room at Martha's Exchange in
Nashua, NH.  As always, all interested persons are welcome to attend.

Scott Mellott and Tim Myers of WSI Corporation (Weather Services
International) will give a demonstration and tech talk on some of the
various products WSI sells to the television industry for use in
presenting weather to the viewer. WSI has recently finished
porting/enhancing these products over to an x86 platform running Linux
from the SGI MIPS platform.  A demonstration will be done of the
system's capabilities after which, a technical discussion will ensue on
how the system is configured and functions.  To get an idea of what WSI
