maddog mentioned this a few weeks ago, but at the time he seemed to 
think it unlikely that they would actually attempt to shakedown Linux 
distributions.  It'll definitely be interesting to see how this plays 
out, especially with distros like Debian which have entity to sue.

Well, at least they're consistent with every other corporation that 
woke up one morning and suddenly realized they're business model was 
obsolete :)
