  The Pine license prohibits distribution of modified binaries.  Red Hat
patches their Pine.  Technically speaking, Red Hat has been in violation of
the license for years and years.  Nobody cared much.  (The biggest
complaints, ironically, came from Debian users, who had to download and
patch their own Pine, because Debian did the Right Thing and refused to
distribute a product in violation of its license.)  Red Hat (like most
companies) tends to overlook technicalities when it suits them.  :-)
