No, as there are few (no?) hardware-based OGG players. BUT, you can
transcode from OGG to MP3 and play that. I haven't tried it yet,
only because a majority of the files I have are MP3.
The server is open source (perl script) as is the client/server protocol.
(GPL IIRC).
