GNHLUG list processing slow?

Does anybody else see delays in the processing
of their GNHLUG list messages? My own copies of
messages I post to the list are typically delayed
from between 10 to 15 minutes, with delays over 20
minutes not unheard of.

It's clearly not a problem with inbound mail to the
list because I can see my messages mentioned in the
thread summary at

   http://mail.gnhlug.org/pipermail/gnhlug-discuss/

...almost immediately after transmission. Further
(as anybody who corresponds with me via email can see
for themselves) there are no delays incurred in the
processing of "normal" messages to me. The headers
in the GNHLUG messages I receive all seem to indicate
that rogue.codemeta.com is the culprit, so what I'm
really trying to learn here is whether it's just me
or does everybody see these delays.

This is obviously not any sort of crisis but some
of the immediacy of GNHLUG exchanges is lost to me
as a result and I'd like to do something about it,
if possible. After I've gotten a better picture of
the problem I'll take it up with JBD - thanks.
