_SNMP, SNMPv2, SNMPc3, and RMON 1 and 2_ (Third Edition) by William
Stallings is pretty good (although a little bit dry).
_Understanding SNMP MIBs_ by Dave Perkins is pretty good too.
Lots of people like _The Simple Book_ too, but I haven't looked at
newer versions of this book, so I can't tell you how I like it.
If you're looking to familiarize yourself with MIBs, I think that
RFC2863 is a pretty good one to look at.
