Unsubscribe old Email Address Help!

Help,
	I currently subscribe to this email list with my yahoo email account 
but my old email address, markr at trinitech.com, is still getting email's 
from the list.  I've attempted to go to the list web admin site but it 
doesn't have any record of the trinitech.com email address.

How do I remove this old email address from the list?  It keep's 
bouncing against my work mail server and I'm getting complaints.
