I'm not 100% sure that this is entirely legitimate. After reading the
entire article,
"due to our on-going pursuite to enhance and simplify our fanatical
customer service environment at Office Depot".
This does not sound like a memo that would be sent out by a retailer.
But, we'll see what the future brings. I happen to like the Enquirer,
but sometimes their articles are from outer space.
