Managing Windows NT from Linux

Hey everyone,
	Sorry I've been so absent lately - work has been keeping me busy.  To
lower that, we're finally at the point where we need to start tweaking
the knobs a bit and I'm trying to find a way to monitor things like
instserv information and potentially the output of some rcmd commands. 
Anyone know of a way to poll this information (instserv * status and
rcmd command machine) from a linux box?  I seem to be striking out with
google.
