  Oh, BTW, the <38.232.199.IN-ADDR.ARPA> zone is doing absolutely nothing
for the rest of the world.  You have not been delegated authority for that
zone.  I suggest removing it, as it is likely masking the behavior of the
rest of the Internet from your local systems.
