  For starters, you could address the fact that the changes I previously
requested, and that you reported as "done", have not actually shown up on
your SOA nameserver yet, at least as far as I can see.

  I'm not trying to be a wisea**; this is an essential first step in fixing
your problems.  Indeed, if something is preventing your nameserver from
reloading properly, that will also prevent you from fixing these other
problems.  So let's fix that, first.  :-)
