According to an alledgedly informed source who regularly posts in the
Usenet newsgroup attbi.ne.techtalk.general, this bandwidth upgrade (which
has already taken place on several other branches of the Comcast network)
is slated for 1/24/04 for the MA/NH region, and will at that time only
require the power-cycling of the modem on (or after) that date for it to
take effect. No upstream b/w changes. FWIW ... WMNBM. ;)
