Domain Hosting/Mail Fwding vendor?

I know about zoneedit and found easydns last night...

icdsoft looks real interesting as they offer some features that I was 
looking for
like: cgi, passwd dirs (for exchanging family files)...

Part of the reason for soliciting input is that I was hesitant to go with 
another
of their services if one is already having a problem...

I did talk with an Enom support person and they did answer right away 
(surprise),
but was not all that happy with their response.  They did not seem the 
least bit
concerned with my being concerned that mail was being dropped.
