On Nh living and commutes..

It could be worse.. When I was unemployed for 9 months I was looking 
into working up in Maine..

There they tax you based on how you file federally.

So me, being married, where we live in NH and my wife would work in NH 
and I work in ME, even if Dale (my wife) never steps foot in ME her 
income still gets taxed when we file for the state.

Not only that, they have some whacked out way of doing income tax where 
the first X amount is taxes at 4%, then the next Y amount on top of X is 
at 7%, or something like that, I don't remember exactly the number, but 
I computed it out and it was way more then my taxes ever were in Mass.

At least the unemployment checks from Mass was a lot more :)
