It is the representative for the town you work in. Of course ;-)

My experience is that they tend to not listen to you - until you hit
them with a cluebat. Then they listen, but ignore you.

But at the time (late 80's) I was complaining about RT 3, so they
probably felt they couldn't do anything about it.

But to honest with you, I think NH's lack of income *and* sales tax
scares the s**t out of most other state's politicians. To they point
where they don't know where you're coming from if you even mention NH.
