On Nh living and commutes..

And people only complain about the high property tax because... well,
because people will ALWAYS complain about something, and the property tax
happens to be the only thing the government here takes from them.  My father
is actually the chairman of the Board of Assessors in Manchester, so I know
all about the whole property tax deal here in NH.
    I'll never understand the people who really whine about it.  I usually
say to them: "So, you'd rather stop educating our children, I guess?"  Ah,
well.  Human nature, I guess.  Gotta be cranky about *something*.
