  We can create two lists, if that proves to be the best solution.  I
generally dislike this approach, but readily admit it is sometimes for the
best.  If we go that route, though, we will have to also create a formal
list charter that explains just what belongs on which list (otherwise, there
is no point).  You also end up creating, in concept at least, the topic
police.  That is all overhead I would really like to think a group this
small does not need.  Hence my appeal for self-discipline.
