Ahhh, yup I missed this. I was only considering the ads on inbound mail,
not outbound.

I did not see an ad on Jeff's post. Are they really applying the ads to
outbound mail as well? 

If so, I'm not sure how happy folks will be with the service since many
folks run Spamassassin (which happily runs on Linux, thus this is not
completely OT :p) or similar products which will bit bucket their
e-mails.
