Most may already be aware, some may not, or some, like me, sort
of knew, but did not look in depth.  Because of Indymedia, my
attention was redraw recently to the Iraqi Linux Users Group in
Baghdad.

(They also have a channel of the samename ["iraqilinux"] at the
FreeNode IRC server.  "ire [dot] freenode [dot] net")

Recently, 08/14/04, they had an Installfest scheduled.  Now,
please recall the events in Iraq and Baghdad in particular this
past fortnight.  Nevertheless, the Installfest went on as
