I think Panera has "posted their property".  Since people using computers are
assumed to be able to read and think, you should not have to build the fence,
which is for the protection of the unknowing, unreading, unthinking (babies,
small children).

I have seen the same type of "read this and click" in hotel rooms, etc,
even when the service is free.

As to how effective this posting is, I guess we will find out when the first
or second court cases test it.

Somehow I feel we are now getting into philosophical, legal ick, so I will
bow out of this discussion.
