One quick follow-up: do you mean Upstate NY (W. of Albany) or Downstate 
(E. of Albany, not the City)? Having grown up in Rochester, NY, I get a 
bit uppity hearing people from Eastern NY saying they're "Upstate" 
just beacause they don't live in the City.

Yeah, I'm biased.
