More fun / less embarassing might be to have one "designated
destroyer" go upstairs and hack the demo system while the rest
of us quaff libations with dinner at Martha's, and then have a
group debugging session to fix things up.
Key element would be orderly group function for debugging, I'd
think that will require a good moderator (I'll volunteer
unless mad dog or someone else offers - figure that's a good
role to hide my weaknesses and learn from others' strengths).
Hmm, on second thought I might not want to volunteer to
encourage orderly group function after this group enjoys
Martha's potations :-)
BTW, is there a good broadband connection accessible from
Martha's, or somewhere else convenient? I'm thinking that a
series of similar group exercises, taking a random bare system
and loading it, configuring it, updating it, debugging it
could be an interesting topic (or set thereof). Question is,
would much of that be too "old hat" for most of the group?
