Novarg/Mydoom filtering?

Has anyone had to do anything to filter this latest Windows-spread 
annoyance using either milter/Mime-defang/spam-assassin/razor,etc.?

I'm in the process of setting up a new mail server and figured I may
as well set it up to block this foolishness :)
