Using linux to clone a Windows ME disk?

One reason I did not recommend any of the Windows tools (other than sys
and fdisk) was that Jeff has a copy of Knoppix and this is a Linux list
not a Windows list. 

I don't mind paying for good software, and I bought my copy of SuSE 9.0
Professional, but I certainly would not recommend buying any Windows
software on this list
