Google gives into the DMCA?

I keep trying to verify these blocks so I can pass the story on to other
groups I'm involved with, but when I do a Google search, I see no such
alleged message at the bottom of the page, and hundreds of thousands of
hits come up to boot.

So either Google has stopped blocking these sites, or I am missing
something here.
