Originally, the author was funded by Caldera.  This is no longer the
case, and hence I'm guessing such links have been removed from newer
versions.  1.150 is the latest, IIRC.  It is possible that if older
versions were uprgraded, they would have retained the old links.  I
haven't used Webmin in years though (and even then only minimally), so
again, I'm just guessing.  ;-)
