rsync for windows

I was just curious...
I use rsync daily to synchronize filesystems across multiple websites.
I rely on the advanced capabilities of rsync for specifying what to
synchronize. I also rely on the automation that I can achieve with
cron, rsync, openSSH, and key_chain (my ssh agent). I might have been
overlooking the tremendous value that these tools provide me in getting
my work done. With this new-found appreciation for the free software
tools that I use daily, I became curious about what 'work-alike'
solutions exist in the Proprietary enterprise.
What tools exist in a Microsoft environment to accomplish the same
thing? (Not including cygwin) I am asking more out of curiosity than
anything since I do not have any need or intention to use Microsoft. I
am just wondering what OS tools, or more likely what 3rd-party software
you would need to do this.
Please note: I am talking about the complete solution for synchronizing
and/or publishing websites with files that emerge from development/QA
and/or content authors, and not insignificantly, deleting content that
is removed from development/staging. I have always done this in a Linux
environment, so I do not know what the solution would be for Windows.
(Maybe this is a good topic for a Free v. Proprietary comparison on my
advocacy site.)
