Another OSS project ends

It's already been picked up and the project is now named OpenSWAN with 
code available here:
http://www.openswan.org/
Apparently it had already forked.

Death [of a project] is not final for open source. (Disinterest in a 
project might kill it, but the source lives on, FWIW.)
