  I am guessing it is because <djberube at berubeconsulting.com> is not a a
pre-approved poster for the <gnhlug-announce at gnhlug.org> mailing list.  So,
when a message arrived from that address, it was held until someone with
admin access to the listbot manually approved it.

  Now, why isn't that address a member of the pre-approved poster list?  
Well, because nobody asked for it to be added, that's why.  Granting admin
access does not, alas, also bestow the recipient with psychic powers.  I've
added that address, now.  Hopefully, that will help timely delivery of
announcements in the future.

  If anyone else feels they should be on that list and are not, please send
a message to the gnhlug-org@ list for peer approval.
