Companies to set up free Wireless Access Points?

The Town of Peterborough is interested in setting up free community 
wireless access points and we're looking for a company that can come 
in and provide the whole package for us.

I'm aware of two companies SigNull (www.signull.com) and Single 
Digits (www.singledigits.com) that provide this service, but would 
like to know of a few more so I can shop around.

Any pointers?
