Sendmail question. (Sometimes I get lucky)

Some spam is leaking through and I'd like to get sendmail to stop it.

The header below shows that the spam was not sent to my primary MX record. 
(One of the spam techniques is to always send to the *secondary* MX 
record.) In this case my secondary is zoneedit.com

Here's what I have in my access file

To:lizt at syslang.net   REJECT 553 Fuck off spammer!

nw1.zoneedit.com        OK

So on the one hand I want to reject the message because of the To but it 
gets accepted by the Received: from mx2.zoneedit.com header.

Is there a solution for this?
