I was thinking more about the webserver part, for viewing the 
attachments as proper HTML.  Mailman _ought_ to read the type from the 
attachment and pass that through to apache, but it sounds like it's 
not.  Fortunately, python is pretty easy to grok.

It's probably a necessary piece to have working to get the whole thing 
how you want it.
