LinkSys WRT54G hacking: $49.99 @ Best Buy

At the last DLSLUG meeting, several folks expressed interest in hacking 
the LinkSys WRT54G, a combined 4-port 10/100 switch, router and 802.11g 
wireless access point. The WRT54G runs Linux and there are several open 
source projects to add new and innovative features to the existing 
feature set. I just picked up a second as a bench spare, since my 
officemates get cranky when I tell them they can't access the network 
<s>.

Best Buy has them on sale for $69.99 plus two $10 rebates for a net of 
$49.99. Sale ends today. However, I've noticed that Circuit City and 
Staples have also been featuring them on and off, too, so you may still 
be able to get a bargain if you can't pick one up today at BB. They had 
a dozen in stock.
