I find this *really* annoying

   Out of curiosity, what was the exact reason why spamblock.outblaze.com
   blocked your mail?  Was it solely because you are using a dynamic IP?

   (I'm wondering if they use some sort of "intelligent" scoring system,
   or whether the fact that you are using a dynamic IP was sufficient to
   cause your mail to get bounced.)

Yeah, you would think, right??  But nope... having a dynamic IP is
sufficient to get your IP blocked. dragonhawk at iname.com's MX does the
same thing.

But legitimate e-mailers all use their ISP's smarthost as relay,
because (a) their software, or (b) it's users aren't intelligent
enough to deserve the full range of e-mailing options granted in the
RFCs....  Never mind what the RFCs say, right?  This is a bit like all
the major supermarkets deciding that they're only going to sell Baskin
Robins ice cream... because, after all, they have all 51 flavors....
